Vincent Stegman, CFA
Managing Director of Investments
Vincent Stegman, CFA, is a Managing Director of Investments. As part of AIM’s senior investment team, he supervises research, sourcing, due diligence, and monitoring of investments across AIM’s investment strategies. He has 22 years of investment industry experience, with a focus on private equity.
Prior to joining AIM in 2019, he was a Principal at Mercer, previously Summit Strategies Group. During his tenure, he advised non-profit clients on the implementation of private equity investments, managed Summit’s discretionary private equity mandates, and led the Summit private markets research team. He previously served as Director of Private Markets at Washington University Investment Management, serving on the team that managed all aspects of private investing for the endowment. Earlier in his career, he held manager due diligence positions at RMB Capital Management and Smith Barney.
Mr. Stegman earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from Wichita State University and his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago. He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of St. Louis.
