Todd Turall
General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer
Todd Turall is the General Counsel. He manages all legal matters and has 24 years of legal and investment industry experience.
Prior to joining AIM in 2013, Mr. Turall served as the Associate General Counsel for Stark Investments, a
global multi-strategy hedge fund based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At Stark, he managed the Legal team
within the Legal & Compliance Department and had primary legal responsibility for investment fund
structuring and operation, investment transactions and portfolio companies, trading and securities law
issues, and investment-related and portfolio company litigation. Prior to his time at Stark, Mr. Turall was
an attorney with Michael Best & Friedrich LLP in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he specialized in securities
law matters and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance issues, and general
corporate matters.
Mr. Turall earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of
Wisconsin at Whitewater and earned both his Masters of Business Administration and law degree (JD)
from the University of Wisconsin.
