Matthew Goessling
Senior Director of Finance & Investment Operations
Matthew Goessling is the Senior Director of Finance and Investment Operations. He oversees the design, development, monitoring, and administration of fund operations. In addition, he manages the investment programs specifically relating to financial reporting, audit, tax, due diligence, internal controls, and best practices. He has 20 years of investment industry experience.
Prior to joining Ascension in 2005, Mr. Goessling served as Senior Analyst at Supervalu Incorporated in Earth City, Missouri, where he was responsible for financial reporting, analysis, tax and inventory control for corporate store operations.
Mr. Goessling holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Truman State University, Kirksville, Missouri, and received his MBA degree from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri.
