Chief Compliance Officer, Associate General Counsel
Amanda White is the Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel. She oversees Ascension Investment Management’s compliance program and has 25 years of legal and compliance experience.
Prior to joining Ascension Investment Management in 2012, Ms. White was an attorney in private practice at Thompson Coburn LLP, where she specialized in advising investment advisers, mutual funds, hedge funds, and broker-dealers on regulatory and compliance matters with respect to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Prior to Thompson Coburn LLP, she was the Corporate Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer at Argent Capital Management, LLC and an attorney at Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin (now Husch Blackwell), specializing in securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law.
Ms. White earned her law degree (JD) from Washington University in 1997 and her undergraduate degree (BA) from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 1991.
